I took a stool sample to the lab this morning. This time I asked before I left if it needed to be in any special container and it did. In fact, there were three tests to be done so the stool had to be in three special containers, each one different. So I transferred the stool to their containers before leaving the lab. The girl who works at the lab knows me now and was very nice and helpful. The doctor said to call his office 3 days after dropping off the sample for the results. I've heard that his office isn't very good at calling people back in a timely manner so I think I'll call on Thursday afternoon. Hopefully I'll have results by Friday evening or I'll go nutty waiting over the weekend!
JD had another one of his episodes earlier. After 35 minutes of flat out screaming I finally got him calmed enough to rest. I could hear his tummy grumbling the whole time. He was also straining, trying to poop the whole time. I'm so ready for this to be over so I can have my happy little boy all the time!
