Oh my how time flies! Hard to believe our little girl is a week old! She's already accumulated a few nick names: Allie Cat, Allie Gator, Snuggle Bug, Mini-Me and whatever other randomness comes out of Dave's mouth.As I wrote in my last post, she's pretty clingy, which is why I call her my snuggle bug. She's just not happy unless somebody is holding her. Which I don't mind.... I'll explain the "Mini-Me" nickname in my next post....
So not a whole lot has happened in the past week, we're just trying to get our daily routines figured out. So far I've had reinforcements all week as Dave wasn't able to take any time off after Allie's arrival (He was home the week before she came, though which was a huge help to his very pregnant and non-mobile wife). All I can say is thank God for family and great neighbors as today is my first day totally alone with both kiddos!
