JD got an Elmo potty for Christmas and it's been sitting in his bathroom ever since. Every now and then he'll sit on it if we ask him to but it's been far from consistent and he's never put anything in it except "toots".
Well, this morning he looked at me, patted his crotch (which is what he does when he has a dirty diaper) and said his version of "potty" so off we went to sit on the potty. This was the first time he's ever asked me to sit on his potty and I was excited but not expecting much more than "toots".... well, he sat on his potty and I sat on the floor beside him and we were playing with his toys when lo and behold, JD PEE PEED ON THE POTTY!!!!
Hooray!!! Hopefully this is the start of something wonderful and I'll be back down to one in diapers in a couple of months! Way to go JD!

Yay for JD!!! I have had the potty in our house since January- and Peyton sits on it, but does nothing else. I swear, he will be in diapers forever!!
