Well, we finally did it. We took JD to Great Clips today to get his very first big boy haircut. I'm so proud of our boy. He sat in the chair like a big boy and let the lady cut his hair without any problems! By the time she got to cutting the front he decided that he wanted Daddy to hold him so we had to do a little distracting but over all he did great. And got rewarded with a lollipop after... which he loved! Here are before, during and after pics:
Yesterday we went to JD's friend Peyton's 1st birthday party. JD had a ball and we both came home absolutely exhausted. JD was filthy from head to toe from running around outside but he really did have a lot of fun. They had a bubble machine that made tons and tons of bubbles. JD loved it. Every time somebody turned it on he was right there with all the big kids in the middle of the bubbles! Liz and Kendall were there too! Our next birthday party will be Kendall's 1st birthday in just 2 weeks. Hard to believe these kids are one already!
