He's so strong!

Lots going on at the Harbaugh house, as usual!

Over the weekend I co-hosted a baby shower for my very good friend Liz. Just one tiny little glitch.... Liz went in to labor early that morning and the baby was born about 4 hours before the shower started! Little Kendall (or, JD's girlfriend as I like to call her) was born 6.5 weeks early and only weighed about 4 pounds. Mommy and Baby are both doing well but Kendall will need some growing time at the hospital before she can go home. The shower was kind of a flop but still fun. We were expecting about 25 people but only 6 showed up. Nobody wanted to come if the guest of honor wasn't there! Oh well... more cake for us!


JD is doing well. He had fun at the baby shower! He has his first cold.... been congested and coughing for about 9 days now. He's OK in the morning but kind of pitiful in the evening right before bed....that's usually when I feel worst when I'm sick too. Other than that, he's just growing like a weed! He started smiling a couple of weeks ago but I have yet to capture a picture of it! He holds his head up very well now and has even started "standing"..... he supports himself on his legs for a few seconds and gets the funniest look on his face as he tries to balance. I've included a video that we shot this morning. It's about 4 minutes long but he coos at the end... SO CUTE!
