We've managed to have a little fun since our trip to PA. Here are some random pics and stories for you:
A few days after our trip, JD, Allie and I were in the hall and I walked into the living room. Allie started crawling after me and JD immediately started saying "don't go Allie! Come back Allie! JD room, Allie!" Well, Allie actually turned around and crawled back to JD! I stood back and watched her crawl after JD into his room. It was quiet for a few seconds so I peeked around the corner and this is what I saw.... my heart about melted!
Allie has now learned how to dig around in the toy box:
Dave put a pin in our yard and JD loves to hit the golf balls into the hole! Yes, he's wearing "big boy pants" in this picture. He put pee pee in the potty so he got to wear them until they became wet. We're not actively trying to potty train him yet but, on occasion, he'll want to use the potty and this is his reward!
Allie discovered the joys of a bubble bath:
Dave and I celebrated our 5th wedding anniversary. Hard to believe this picture was only 5 years ago... we look so young!
JD has been thoroughly enjoying his Magna-Doodle

This past Sunday, Dave and I took the kids to the park early while it was still cool. Here are lots of pictures from our morning... we had a ball!
Later that night I made spaghetti and Allie loved it! She's getting good at self feeding. In fact, she likes it so much she's started to refuse baby food!
Lastly, don't ask me why, but I've been in kind of a Halloween mood lately. I know it's early but maybe it's because I've started looking for the kids' Halloween costumes. I couldn't resist putting them in their Halloween jammies the other night. JD's pants and Allie's shirt glow in the dark!! They were so cute...
There ya go! Now you're all caught up. Allie will be 8 months tomorrow. I'll try to post her bear picture before she turns 9 months old!
